Askern Scout Group Minibus Fundraiser

We would like to purchase a minibus to enable us to take our group on camps further afield and enjoy more activity days out.
About this cause
The scout groups provides a service to all children from the ages of 6+ from all surroundings areas if Askern. The children learn skills which they don't teach in schools. The group teaches them discipline and respect. The children get to to on various trips and camps throughout the year at reduced costs due to being members of the scouts. The group is affordable for all and open to everyone and we meet 3 times per week for each of the beavers, cubs and scouts for 2 hours per session.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The project would help the community as a whole as having our own mini bus would reduce the cost of trips as we wouldn't have to pay to hire one. We would be able to plan more activities for the children to do both around the area we live in and activities available further away. We would also be able to put a tie bat on the minibus to transport necessary kits for camping etc.
