We want to install sun shade structures to cover outside work-zone benches and play areas. The children are without this protection.
About this cause
Our aim is to raise awareness of autism and empower autistic students to achieve, as well as broaden their horizons by giving opportunities to experience, explore and learn in order for them to develop their knowledge of the world. DEAL is committed to helping young autistic people achieve their full potential and make school a fun and supportive environment for pupils and their families.
How this cause brings people in the community together
This project will not only be vital to our students, but also children from the wider local community who access the site in the holidays attending various holiday clubs. Families visiting will also benefit. Everyone understands the importance of providing essential safe areas for children. We have researched the equipment, and would love the chance to make the children safer and happier!
