About this cause

Tyddyn Mon was founded by the parents of adults with learning difficulties who wanted a more constructive and rewarding occupation for their sons and daughters. Tyddyn Mon Farm provides day care, training and support in a realistic environment for adults with learning difficulties/disabilities, this helps improve confidence and interactive skills in a farm environment. The charity also provides 24 hour care in 7 supported living projects across Anglesey. Currently there are approximately 50 service users of all ages utilising the services offered.

How this cause brings people in the community together

The new equipment will ensure that service users working in the Café and kitchen are able to work safely in a practical environment which in turn will improve the interaction with the community members visiting the centre.
