We want to buy IT equipment to give the children the opportunity to learn vital computing and keyboard skills and to stay safe online.
About this cause
Our Charitable Objects are "TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL". In practice, this means that we provide fund raising and practical support to the school and the pupils. At present, we want to buy IT equipment to give our children the opportunity to learn vital computer and keyboard skills, to help them in their learning and provide essential life skills for the future.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We hope to use the equipment, along with expertise learned by working with the Arts Council, to run parent information sessions etc, to develop adult skills and raise parental/community awareness of e-safety etc
