Lintz Cricket Club Under 9s Juniors

We wish to buy cricket equipment to suit our new Under 9 team, including bats, balls and pads.
About this cause
Lintz CC is CASC registered and Clubmarked and is open to all. We have 5 Junior and 3 Senior levels serving players, their families, social members and other user groups who use the facilities for social occasions. In 2017 we introduced our youngest players to a competition for under 9 ‘s which we won at our first attempt. By starting our youngsters at an early age with the correct nurturing and development they progress through the junior ranks and play at a senior level. To give our 'Stars' the best possible opportunity to enjoy their chosen sport, we need to provide smaller equipment to suit the stature of youngsters of their age. This application is for a share of the Coop Community Fund to help us fund the Purchase of Equipment for Under 9's Cricket at Lintz Cricket Club.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The cricket club is open to all and we encourage boys and girls to join us and enjoy the game. There are a lack of activities in our community for youngsters and we provide an opportunity for them to be active and competitive in a safe environment. Their parents and friends are welcome to use the club's facilities whilst the youngsters are enjoying themselves.
