We want to build a toilet and develop the church's heritage, making it accessible to all as a resource for the whole community.
About this cause
On top of the normal religious activities of a church we are constantly seeking to assist people in our community with a range of different issues as well as celebrate some of the most significant times in their lives. We offer practical help and assistance during bereavement, we run children's activities, run a café and a nearly new shop all for members of our communities. We also assist people to get to hospital and Drs appointments.
How this cause brings people in the community together
it will make available to the whole community the oldest building in the village and provide a multi use community led space for learning, socialising and assisting those suffering from isolation and dementia as well as developing a heritage trail to enhance our isolated area.
