We want to support the school with its 50th Anniversary. Money will fund the production of a record of information gathered.
About this cause
The Friends of James Peacock committee consists of parents/carers, staff and community members who organise fundraising events and activities to raise funds for the benefit of the school and its pupils.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Ruddington as a community has numerous long established residents. This project will engage the various generations who either attended or worked at the school to relive their memories. By utilising a variety of research ultimately a compilation of the findings will preserve the history of the school for future generations. The outsized chair will start a "new" village tradition.
