We want to supply a new table for every child in every classroom at the school.
About this cause
We actively support the Roundwood Park School by raising money to benefit the school environment and enhance the children’s education. We have just raised £30,000 to purchase chairs and stools for every classroom. From September 2017 - July 2019 we hope to raise £30,000 as part of a two-year fundraising campaign to replace all the school classroom tables. The PTA committee runs a rolling calendar of fundraising events to be enjoyed by parents, staff and children. .
How this cause brings people in the community together
Roundwood Park is a popular school in Harpenden and many children in Harpenden will benefit from having new tables which will be a better size than the existing ones and will enhance their learning environment.
