We need to buy a new complementary therapy couch to be used in Hafan Menai Day Hospice; a purpose built couch for barometric patients.
About this cause
Hospice at Home Gwynedd and Anglesey are a local community based charity that provides a Home Nursing Service to adults with cancer and other life limiting illness. 80% of the care is carried out in the patient’s own homes whilst the remaining 20% at Hafan Menai Day Hospice in Bangor and at Community Complementary Therapy Clinics. 2017 is a special year for Hospice at Home Gwynedd and Anglesey as we celebrate 25 years since the nurses first went into the community.
How this cause brings people in the community together
A new couch will enhance the day care service at Hafan Menai Day Hospice for our patients and will offer an increased amount of availability to the service.
