About this cause
Winton Pre-School is a charitable community Pre-School which is run by a parent committee and provides preschool education for children aged 2 to 5. We provide a broad and balanced variety of structured and learning play where children can develop and grow. Our aims and objectives are: - for children to enjoy their pre-school years and their time at Winton pre-school - to encourage and let children's imagination and curiosity flourish - to encourage children to reach their full potential - support our children and their families in any way we can, e.g. special educational needs, speech and language, behavioural issues - to be part of our local community and help our families get to know and make links within this community - for children to move on to school with self-esteem and confidence
How this cause brings people in the community together
Providing an enriching outdoor environment will help our local community by providing its children with a love of the outdoors, healthy food and a real connection between their food and where it comes from. This will particularly benefit the children who do not have a garden or access to the outside whilst at home .
