We want to purchase new gymnastics equipment to enable the expansion of our classes to help more people access gymnastics in the area.
About this cause
Our club offers a wide spectrum of classes to our 240 gymnasts who range from age 4-17 years old. Our classes provide fun and fitness as well as develop individual gymnast’s potential to compete in the sport locally and nationally. We run 38 hours of classes over 3 locations per week. Mission Statement “A high performing club committed to excellence and providing a positive environment for all gymnasts to fulfil their potential”. Main Objectives Club Growth: Double the volume of gymnasts within the next 3 years to reach 400 members by the end of 2020. Community Impact: Deliver a positive and sustainable impact on the quality of health and wellbeing in the community we serve by supporting the growth in the sport of gymnastics.
How this cause brings people in the community together
This new equipment will provide increased opportunity for our existing 240 members and also enable us to expand our classes to add more gymnasts in the classes. We are also prepared to share this equipment with the other 2 local clubs who use Danderhall as a base for their club meaning the project will help upto 500 local people.
