As part of our re-branding, we need to replace all our promotional material, update the website and purchase new winners' medals/trophies.
About this cause
The object of the organisation shall be to advance the education of the public in the Arts and in particular the Arts of Music, Speech and Drama, in all their branches. To fulfil the objective the organisation aims to do the following: 1 Hold or promote an annual competitive festival 2 Present and promote public performances concerts, and recitals 3 To affiliate to The British and International Federation of Festivals and to further the charitable objects of the said federation. 4 To do all such other things as are necessary to the attainment of the object of the organisation. The organisation is also a partner in our local Education Music Hub. The competitive age range is 3 - 20 years. The volunteer management are all passionate about keeping the arts available to all.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The committee feel passionate about keeping the arts accessible to all young people and feel our work is more important at this time of difficult education needs. We work closely with our education services and independent Drama and Theatre groups to support their valuable work to ensure the Arts are accessible to all, and give all local children an opportunity to develop their confidence.
