We want to enhance the appearance of our cloakroom area so that it looks lighter and more attractive to our clients and visitors.
About this cause
Hessle Community Organisation is based in Hessle Community Centre. The Community Centre provides a welcoming and accessible venue for many groups including those with physical and learning needs and social organisations. With the assistance of volunteers we hold regular coffee mornings and community lunches. Our community minibus takes clients on trips to the countryside, the coast and markets providing a welcome change of scenery. Our cloakroom area is in desperate need of refurbishment. This would include some replastering and redecoration, new toilets and washbasins. If we were fortunate to be chosen, any money received would be put towards funding this objective which would enhance the appearance of the community centre and contribute to our clients sense of well-being.

The project would improve the cloakroom facilities so that community members visiting and using the centre would have an upgraded area improving health and safety and a fresher and appealing appearance
