How this cause brings people in the community together

With an ageing population dementia is recognised as one of the biggest problems people face in later life. The condition not only affects the person but directly impacts on the lives of families/carers. There is a need for more support opportunities providing social engagement for those affected and to offer carers a break from their caring role, our project will help meet these local needs.
