About this cause
We are asking for your funding support to help us transform our outdoor area and make it a central part of the children’s learning experience, providing the children with endless opportunities to develop their physical, social and emotional skills through role play and experimental play. Outdoor play is very important for a child’s development: first-hand contact with the seasons, freedom to make noise, space to move about and express themselves in new ways and exposure to a dynamic environment. This project has been driven by our members who identified a need to redevelop the outdoor area and provide enriching experiences for the children at such a crucial time in their development.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We look after pre-school children aged 2 - 4 and run an after school club and holiday club. Providing quality affordable childcare to the community we are able to support all families within the community including children who have additional needs.
