About this cause
Girlguiding is the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK. We build girls’ confidence and raise their aspirations. We give them the chance to discover their full potential and encourage them to be a powerful force for good. Through fun, friendship, challenge and adventure we empower girls to find their voice, inspiring them to discover the best in themselves and to make a positive difference in their community.
How this cause brings people in the community together
This will help the girls who live in our community gain confidence and self esteem, by giving them the chance to take part in something they may not otherwise get the opportunity to do. By gaining confidence and self esteem this will help form them into more well rounded citizens of the community and may encourage others to try out new things, and experiences.
