We want to raise funds to build our own 3G pitch to help our members in our community play football during the winter months.
About this cause
Our organisation provided a safe place for children an adults to play football. We have our own ground that we have to maintain to a high standard. The players range from the ages of 4 right up to adults. We have over 250 players registered with our club. Our club is a non-profit organisation and we rely solely on volunteers to help keep the club running. Our objective for the future is to gain funds for a 3G pitch at our ground this will benefit all our players and the wider community by providing the facilities to train and play during winter months when the grass pitches can't be played on. These don't come cheap and we are running many fundraising events ourselves to get the pot of money up and running so we look for grants we can apply for in order to help us with our vision.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The project will benefit the community by providing excellent facilities to play sports all year round from as young as 4 years old right trough to adulthood.
