We would to hire a local village hall, bring people to events and provide them with refreshments.
About this cause
we run a community mini bus which we use to take out elderly people to meet and socialise, to alleviate isolation and loneliness . we live in a very rural area with little public transport and our bus is the only way some people get out and about.
How this cause brings people in the community together
This would back up the work we already do, keep older people active, interested and helps them socialise with old and new friends.
