We would like to raise money to support outdoor learning by revamping the quad area and making it more exciting for the children.
About this cause
We are a recently set up charity who aim to raise funds for Bishopthorpe Infant School, for them to spend to benefit the school pupils and families who attend as well as the wider community. We annually host a range of events including a Summer Fair, Sponsored Event, School Disco, Cake Sales, Christmas Cards, Film Nights, Community trails and much more. Last year with some of the funds we raised throughout all our fundraising events we have have put it towards the purchase of Numicon equipment, provisions for the class rooms and set up a WiFi fund.
How this cause brings people in the community together
This project will benefit the children within the school and also the further community of any children who then come through our school over the coming years.
