We would like to upgrade our ITC suite and make a huge difference to our children's learning.
About this cause
Willingham School Association (WSA) is a dedicated group of parents, carers, teachers and governors of Willingham Primary School, who work tirelessly to provide support to the school through fundraising events. The money raised throughout the year is used by the school to provide additional facilities and equipment for the pupils. With funding cuts being made by the Government, schools are relying on their PTAs more than ever before. The WSA has previously funded a sensory room, PE equipment, drama workshops and school trips, which have enriched the learning experiences at the school for many of its pupils.
How this cause brings people in the community together
These pieces of equipment would make a huge difference to the children's learning, and would be of benefit to every year group and the teaching staff. However, at an estimated cost of £13,000, this is not something the school is able to fund alone.
