About this cause

The Charity helps as many people as possible within the Staffordshire Moorlands and surrounding areas who have a problem with stray dogs and cats and those who can no longer care for their own pets as they need to go into residential care, move to a property where animals are not allowed or sadly when a person dies. The Charity helps to alleviate worry and give peace of mind. Help is provided to neuter feral cats providing food if needed which alleviates the worry of unwanted litters of kittens and the relief from financial worries re the feeding of the cats. The aim of the Charity is to relieve the suffering of animals by providing places of safety for them, any necessary veterinary care and to find them new homes where they give comfort and a great deal of pleasure to their new owners.

How this cause brings people in the community together

Stray animals will be removed to a place of safety providing peace of mind to the community. Injured or ill stray animals will receive treatment alleviating worry to the public. Rehomed animals will give pleasure and purpose to new owners and their families who may have undergone sadness at the loss of a previous pet. Young children within those families learn to care for and respect animals.
