We want to buy a bigger van in which to base our soup kitchen.
About this cause
We help the homeless three days a week by feeding them from our van. We also give them clothes, sleeping bags, tents and toiletries. From our soup kitchen under a Gazebo, we are trying to raise funds to get a more permanent soup kitchen in a building which will give our service users respite from the streets.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We are the first port of call when a person becomes homeless by providing essential and oftentimes, life saving equipment such as tents, sleeping bags & food to help many cope whilst homeless.
