We want wooden benches so that, as we clear and enhance our small pond area, it becomes more accessible for outdoor learning activities.
About this cause
Charmouth Primary School PTA raise money in order to offer all pupils enrichment activities and support which fall outside of the normal school curriculum. Past funding to the school included beach school, story tellers, artist in residence, Life Education Van visits, etc.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Our pupils will benefit from a broader spectrum of topics and experiences. We hope the enriched learning may encourage alternative studies and interests, which ultimately will increase future career prospects. The community will benefit from engaged children with a love of learning and enhance employment potential.
