About this cause

We are a mental health recovery charity providing 16 supported housing flats in Sudbury and a community support service helping people in their own homes with day to day tasks and activities. We run activities to help facilitate our clients recovery journeys, these include arts and crafts sessions, games nights, allotment sessions, trips and employment and back to work sessions to name just some. We also go out and about and promote our service, this also helps reduce stigma and has integrated our service into the wider community. All money we receive will help us provide a wider variety of service user activity sessions and to purchase equipment, tools and any resources to make our workshops and sessions the most productive they can be.

How this cause brings people in the community together

It will help raise awareness of mental health and the positive steps our staff take to help those using our service. All money raised will help lead to positive outcomes for our service users in terms of both re-integration back into the community and boosting self esteem. It will continue to show Richmond Fellowship's positive impact in local life and wellbeing.
