We want to provide professional photo and film memory packages to children across the North West with life limiting illnesses.
About this cause
JUMP provides a complementary professional photography and video service across the North West to children with life limiting health conditions and their families, supporting them to develop a unique memory book to record their precious moments together. JUMP promotes that every child and young person despite any life limiting health condition should be valued and be given the opportunity to record their memories and achievements. A memory provided by JUMP is a great source of support to a child or young person having to live with a serious illness, it also becomes part of their legacy to be cherished by their loved ones. I fulfil the role of a Memory Coordinator and I assist with photography. I'm the point of contact for families and I guide them through their journey with JUMP.

The provision of our memory service is invaluable for the children we support. The experience of making a memory with JUMP uplifts the lives of the people we connect with. Interaction with the JUMP team breaks down the walls of a family potentially becoming isolated, every sibling and child we support feels incredibly special and valued. Our service is accessible to all, no child is left out.
