We want to take the brownies away for the weekend. We will use to money to provide accommodation and transport.
About this cause
We are a Brownie Group for girls aged 7-10. We accept any girl that falls within that age group so we are open to anyone who wants to join us. We provide a safe friendly environment where young girls can grow in confidence, learn new skills, and make life lasting friendships whilst having fun. We have as varied a programme as possible to include day trips, overnight sleepovers in the church hall and weekend holidays. We also try to help out in the community, eg litter picking and attending church services which makes the girls proud to be part of a group and to be appreciated by their peers. We just want the girls to look back at their time as a Brownie as one of the best times of their life.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The brownies will tell their family and friends what a lovely time they have had and it will encourage other families to send their girls to Brownies. Also it provides a bond in the community to know that no matter what your background you are always welcome in Brownies.
