About this cause

The provision of free disability football coaching on a Saturday morning for ages 4-16 years. The provision of able bodied football coaching on a Saturday morning for ages 4-16 years. Those players from disadvantaged backgrounds or who are referred to us by Lanc's Police/children’s organisations receive free places. The provision of Adult PAN Disability football coaching and competitive opportunities (4 teams) on a Friday evening for age 16 years plus. We have 19 teams currently from U7 to open age and will add a further 6 this year in competitive football. We recruit adult volunteers from a diverse background and then develops those individuals at the Soccer Centre’s cost to become qualified volunteers.

How this cause brings people in the community together

This project has been proven over the years to provide the community with affordable football coaching and competitive opportunities. We have 65 adult disabled players attending training. We have 15 disabled 4 to 16year old's attending. We have 10 referral children playing each week. We have over 100 children every Saturday training and over 300 players participating in competitive football.
