We want to develop our adventure preschool, training a member of staff to be a leader so children can explore their natural surroundings.
About this cause
We have 2 fun and caring preschools with close links to the community and who have been nurturing and supporting children through play for over 40 years. Both settings take children from the age of 2 until school age. We offer safe and stimulating environments to encourage learning and development through the Early Years Foundation stage. We work closely with parents to meet the needs of their children and encourage their active involvement in governing our preschools.
How this cause brings people in the community together
By developing our adventure preschool we hope to expand and be able to have a greater presence and impact for families and young children in the surrounding areas. We encourage parents to come and get involved in our preschools. The children who have these outdoor learning experiences learn new vocabulary and have a greater understanding of their neighbourhoods.
