We would like to develop an empty playground to provide much needed seating and shelter.
About this cause
We are the parents and friends of Grimoldby Primary School near Louth. We try and help run events to raise money which benefits the school in a variety of ways; subsidizing school trips, developing the playground and school field, funding an annual pantomime, helping to pay for visitors to the school. Over the last twelve months we have organised school discos, film nights, family bingo, the summer and Christmas fairs.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We have 230 children who will benefit from the shelter, and will be able to use the wildlife area to help their learning about plant life. Our families, friends and carers who visit the school, or who collect their children, will benefit from the seating and the shelter also!
