Young People
We would like to take our young people away for a week of adventurous activities.
About this cause
Our Organisation provides Scouting opportunities to young people in our community aged between 6 - 18 years old. These include, out door experiences, adventurous activities, residential experiences, life skills, team building, community pride, survival skills and independence.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Many of the Young People in our group are from very low income families who simply cannot afford to go on holidays so regrettably spend much of the School Summer Holidays stuck indoors. This project will ensure that they have the opportunity to get out of Bristol and have a holiday where they will build confidence, make new friends, exercise and improve their well being.
