We would like to expand our bereavement support services for children and young people in North Devon.
About this cause
We offer bereavement support and counselling to adults and children, face to face and on the telephone. We offer emotional and practical support and advice to clients in their own homes or at one of our counselling rooms.
How this cause brings people in the community together
By supporting people who have been bereaved it will have a ripple effect, supporting parents can in turn help them to help their children or other family members. It helps to reduce physical illness thereby helping them to stay in school or return to work. It can also reduce the risk of people going into long term depression.
