We want to extend the outdoor learning environment for our children by purchasing additional resources.
About this cause
We raise money and organise social events for the wider school community. Our objectives are: To enhance the learning opportunities for all children by purchasing additional resources. To enrich our children's learning experiences through school visits, theatre groups and other extra curricular activities. To help to provide a dynamic and engaging learning environment for our children; e.g. new play areas, outdoor learning opportunities. To support the school in its role at the heart of the local community. To help to maintain our happy, harmonious, inclusive school community.
How this cause brings people in the community together
All our children will benefit from outdoor learning, particularly those without access to gardens at home. We have a thriving breakfast club who will be able to use the facility. We will be able to run additional lunchtime and after school clubs e.g. scooter skills, balance bikes, gardening, weather monitoring, nature watch. When we run community events, e.g. fetes, visitors can use the grounds.
