We want to redesign our outdoor space to help our students experience the benefits of nature and wildlife.
About this cause
Halterworth School Association (HSA)is the parent teacher association of our primary school. Halterworth School has 438 pupils based in Romsey. The HSA organises various events over the academic year to raise valuable resources for our school. Our current project is to fund the renovations of our school field, providing a safe space for children to play and learn. We want to incorporate bug boxes, bird boxes and a sensory garden. We want to provide an environment to help children experience nature but also help with the emotional well being of our children by offering a calm haven for them.
How this cause brings people in the community together
I hope we can share this space with Chatterbox Pre school. We will also be providing the children of our school with a wealth of experience that they can then share with the community around them.
