We would like funding for equipment, travel and hire to allow underrepresented BAME boys to play grassroots football league.
About this cause
PLCC recognize that Sport for Development work covers both sport and social fields in terms of youth, community, health, education and criminal justice, and the club aims to work with all communities in the Rumworth area of Bolton helping to break down social barriers through sports to ensure that our Members can realize the full potential of our programmes.
How this cause brings people in the community together
We aim to work with hard to reach young people who have been identified through local networks as young people who have committed anti social behavior (ASB) and/or on the borderline to committing ASB. The project will also be delivered at a time where ASB is high among young people, we also aim to work with a borough target audience which will develop community cohesion
