About this cause
COZIE is a drop in centre for young people aged between 11 and 18 years of age in the market town of Easingwold. It is open on Wednesday and Thursday evening in term time between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. It was founded almost twenty years ago and provides a safe and secure environment for young people to meet and chat, and more importantly to seek advice and guidance from leaders. Primarily set up as a means to keep young people occupied and reduce anti-social behaviour, Cozie helps our young people to make a positive contribution to our community.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The aims of our youth club are varied but ultimately we try to provide a safe place for young people to meet and share experiences and activities. We respect and value each member of our club and encourage everyone of them to make a positive contribution to our community.
