About this cause
We are a local village hall providing a variety of services to the community of Wetley Rocks and the surrounding area. We hire out to other groups who in turn provide activities to the community ranging from Preschool to Old Time Dance Club. The hall is used 7 days a week from 7am - 11pm Monday to Friday & from 8am - 11pm on Saturdays & 9pm - 6-30pm on Sundays. The hall caters for Zumba, Gardening Club, Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and of course the WI to name a few. The hall is used for a wide range of parties, weddings, public meetings, local Parish Council and is the village Polling Station for elections both national and local.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The hall caters for all members of the community either by a regular club attendance, a one off party attendee or even a voting member of the public. We aim for the hall to be a safe and comfortable environment for everyone who visits. The hall is the hub of a small rural village that the Committee runs to the best of its abilities for the whole of the community.
