Help us enhance our special holiday homes with outdoor furniture for those without opportunities to socialise & spend time away from home.
About this cause
We are extremely proud to be a very special local charity , supporting local families and helping to make some special dreams come true. We are delighted that we have been able to achieve this with a small team of true volunteers who receive no expenses whatsoever. We regularly arrange and fund full days out to local beauty spots, including Bicton Park Botanical Gardens. We also arrange many panto and theatre visits each year We support guests who reside locally, of any age and with any type of disability or serious illness and it has been our absolute pleasure to know that we have helped to make the impossible, possible for so very many people None of this would be possible without the amazing support we receive from individuals and companies like the Co-op. Dream-A-Way own 9 luxury mobile homes situated at Sandy Bay and Ladram Bay These caravans are offered to individuals, groups and families with disabilities from March to November During each year over 1000 guests make use of these excellent facilities Each caravan has a substantial balcony with terrific sea views Our caravans are really in need of new outdoor furniture and storage boxes
