Funding will help us purchase new technology equipment that will enhance the learning experiences of pre-school children in Brundall.
About this cause
Snowy's is a warm and friendly nursery and pre-school in the village of Brundall, with strong ties to Brundall Primary School. We welcome children from 2 years of age right up until they start school, and offer a welcoming setting with a team of fully qualified staff who have a real rapport with the children. We provide a wide range of learning materials and stimulating, high-quality toys and activities, and ensure that children have a varied, healthy diet, fresh air, exercise, rest and play, contributing to their physical, emotional and educational development. Every child is recognised and treated as an individual, working within the Early Years framework and national standards. We aim for Snowy's to be a centre of excellence, where everyone is able to play, learn and grow together.
How this cause brings people in the community together
Snowy’s Nursery and pre-school offers high-quality childcare and education for local children between the ages of two and four. We provide all children with a nurturing environment within which to grow, learn and develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need for starting school. We engage in ‘learning through play’, which is the most effective way to help young children learn and develop. We do this in an imaginative way, meeting the specific needs of each child, and making each session fun and exciting. This funding will be used to provide specialised technology play equipment to help give our children opportunities to explore and learn about the world around them through a wider range of experiences, and so to give them the best possible start on their education journey.
