We aim to create an outdoor learning facility that allows the school and wider community to engage in the natural environment via direct learning, which promotes mental and physical wellbeing.
About this cause
We're a group who want to enrich the lives and experiences of the students who attend our school. We financially and physically support the school and students who attend from the local community. Our school facilities are available to the wider community for a number of educational and social groups.
How this cause brings people in the community together
The school facilities both inside and outside are already used by a number of community groups. Other groups such as Beavers, Scouts, Rainbows and Brownies would be able to use the area for learning, physical and wellbeing activities, and working towards badges. The school works closely with a local nursery, who already have an outdoor learning approach - this facility could be utilised by them.
